Mwaura is a CPA finalist (CPA K) Strathmore University and Pursuing Bachelor of Business Administration-Finance Option at Kenya Methodist University.

He has 14 years wealth of experience having worked in manufacturing, Service and advertising industry in finance department notably, Cash flow management and projection, Resource Estimating and forecasting, Analyzing cost variances and recommending appropriate action , Correcting process of budgeting, establishing detailed budgeting and cash-flow reporting process, Making Strategic Financial Decisions ,Advising directors on how to absorb increased costs while maintaining gross margins ,Liaising with all stakeholders in Financial matters, Ensuring general ledger codes comply with statutory tax-reporting requirements.

Prior to joining Parapet Ltd, he worked for Print Xpress Ltd as a Finance and Administration Manager for 4 ½ years.

HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMIN MANAGER

Bio:

He heads the Human resources and administration department at Parapet. He holds an MBA in Human Resources management, a post graduate diploma in HRM and Bachelor of Arts degree from Moi University.

Prior to joining Parapet ltd, he worked as a Human Resources Officer at Sports Stadia Management Board a state corporation. He also headed the HR department at Ongata Works Ltd a civil engineering company with projects in the East African region.

He is an accomplished human capital manager with quantifiable achievements in talent management, man power planning, and performance management among others.

He is a member of Institute of Human Resource Management.

GROUP CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Bio:

He is currently the Group Chief Executive Officer and a shareholder of Parapet Limited. He also heads the parapet cleaning services division of the holding company. Parapet cleaning services is one of the leading professional cleaning service companies in the region with an impressive portfolio of premium clients. It was started 13 years ago in 1997.

He attained a Degree in Hotel Management from Ecole Les Roches Switzerland, as well as an Associate of Science Degree in Food and Beverage management from the New England Association of Hotel Management Schools, U.S.A.

He has worked at the Hotel Ambassador and Hotel City in Berne, Switzerland both exclusive 5 star establishments as the Night Manager and Night Auditor respectively.

He undertook an intense Kitchen Course at the Hotel Management School, Switzerland and worked at the Hotel Erlibacherhof in Zurich as the chef de' Parties and Chef Tournant.

He enrolled at the prestigious Hotel Management School Les Roches, Switzerland. The 3 year degree course included, inter alia, housekeeping, laundry and landscaping and highlighted aspects required for running a successful hotel and restaurant business. Paramount importance was placed on cleanliness and hygiene.

He has previously worked at the Hotel and Restaurant Tre Cucine, Zurich, which specialized in Italian cuisine where he held the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager.

He has had the opportunity of working at the Norfolk Hotel – 0ne of the Leading Hotels of the World – under its Management Trainee Program.

He sits in various boards of several investment companies such as Health & Safety Systems Ltd (HSS) , Sita Investments Ltd, Excloosive Limited, Investment Cell Limited to name but a few.

He is also a fellow of the leading international sanitary services association (ISSA) an international organization with its headquarters based in the U.S.

He is happily married to Paula and they have two sons.

Bio:

Elizabeth Mwangi is a graduate of Kenya Utalii College. She has a diploma certificate in House keeping and Laundry

Prior to her employment with us, she has worked in the House keeping and Laundry sections of Windsor Golf & Country Club as a floor supervisor, Trattoria limited as a house keeping supervisor and clean shine cleaning services as a Senior supervisor. She joined Parapet Cleaning Services as Senior Operations Supervisor working alongside the Operations Manager and Deputy Operations Manager. Currently she has been promoted to a Head of Operations position.

 She is mature, industrious and goal oriented. She has a genuine sense of responsibility and good inter personal skills and has been a team leader in motivating and disciplining staff within the company. She has over 15 years of experience in this industry.
